- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Every person I have dealt with here for the past 3 years, in the clinic, has been extremely sweet and accommodating. The only bad experience I've had with an employee here was actually with the "manager". I can't remember her name, but she was incredibly rude and not nearly as helpful as she thought she was. I don't recommend this business because they NEVER answer the phone. How can you get anything done if you can never speak to someone? It takes forever for them to return calls and it gets really frustrating really quickly!! I've been battling the same issues for 3 years! They cancelled one of my appointments via text message!! How unprofessional! As an iPhone user, new text messages from new numbers don't show up with all of your other text messages, so thank God I saw it before it was too late.
